** Further please note that the students of classes I to X will come to school in their respective house uniform and students of classes KG, XI & XII will come in white jersey, black/blue track pant and white sneakers on the specified dates for their class mentioned above.

Please be informed that, as per the school diary, the Post-Mid Term result for Class X and Pre-Board result for Class XII were originally scheduled to be declared on 16th December 2024. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, the result declaration date has been rescheduled.

The results for both Class X and Class XII will now be published on 18th December 2024.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We delightfully bring to your kind notice that the 25^th Annual Cultural Festival MESMERIZE'24 is going to be celebrated on 21^st, 22^nd, 23^rd & 24^th December 2024 by all the students and the members of the staff of the different institutions under Oriental Association for Education and Research (Mother Society).

Like the previous year, this year also the School will celebrate for two consecutive days i.e., 21^st & 22^nd December 2024.

In this regard, the School & Day-Boarding will remain closed from 21^st December, 2024 to 24^th December, 2024 due to the celebration of different institutions under Oriental Association for Education and Research.

5. Date wise performance of the participants of different classes:

For the said Festival the management has decided the following points which are mentioned below:-

• On 21^st & 22^nd December 2024 (Saturday & Sunday) concerned participants and volunteers must arrive in the school premises at 11.00 a.m. for preparation of their stage performances. School will take the responsibility of the participants and the volunteers.
• The program will start from 2.30 PM on both the days.
• School will provide transport for the students (the Participants, volunteers and non-participants) who already avail this school facility.
• The non-participating students who will come after 11.00 a.m. may join the programme with or without uniform. The school will not take any responsibilities of such students.
• The School buses/vehicles will reach the School premises at 11.00 a.m. Therefore, students should wait at their bus/vehicle stop accordingly.
• The participants and volunteers will be provided with refreshments/tiffin (two times).
• The Non-Participating students who will come at 11.00 a.m. will not be provided any refreshment/tiffin. They must carry tiffin from home.
• Guardians are requested to bring both their invitation card and the Parents' Card if they wish to take their wards before the completion of the entire program.
• All the buses will depart from the school only after the completion of the entire programme i.e., about 9.30 p.m. on both the days tentatively.
• All the Guardians are requested to attend the cultural festival on the concerned day to encourage the participants.

Normal academic classes from Play Group to Class I will remain suspended on that day.
