With the concerned parents/guardians of those students who do not avail the school transport are hereby requested to maintain proper protocol of the school during the arrival and dispersal timings. It has been observed that many of the guardians are carrying their wards / kids by their motor bikes are not following certain guidelines. We would like to remind you of a few important measures to ensure the safety and smooth functioning of our school environment. These are as follows:

1. Timeliness: Please ensure that your children arrive at school on time. Late arrivals can disrupt the class and affect your child's learning experience.
2. Helmet Usage: For those of you who bring your children to school on motorcycles or scooters, it is mandatory to wear a helmet for both the riders. This is crucial for your safety and sets a good example for the children.
3. Vehicle Speed: Please drive carefully and maintain a proper speed when approaching and leaving the school premises. This helps ensure the safety of all students, parents, and staff.
4. Parking: Kindly use the designated parking areas when dropping off or picking up your children. Proper parking helps to avoid congestion and ensures a smooth flow of traffic around the school.

Therefore, we expect your heartiest co-operation to maintain a safe and orderly environment for everyone and also for avoiding any unwanted incident.

যে সকল ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা স্কুল ট্রান্সপোর্ট ব্যবহার করে না তাদের সংশ্লিষ্ট অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকাদের কাছে এতদ্বারা স্কুলে আসা এবং স্কুল থেকে ফেরার  à¦¸à¦®à¦¯à¦¼ যথাযথ নিয়মকানুন বজায় রাখার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। এটা লক্ষ করা গেছে যে অনেক অভিভাবক তাদের ওয়ার্ড/বাচ্চাদের তাদের মোটর বাইকে করে নিয়ে যাচ্ছেন অথচ নির্দিষ্ট নির্দেশিকা অনুসরণ করছেন না। আমাদের স্কুল-পরিবেশের নিরাপত্তা এবং মসৃণ কার্যকারিতা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য আমরা আপনাদের কয়েকটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদক্ষেপের কথা মনে করিয়ে দিতে চাই। সেগুলি নিম্নরূপ:

1. সময়ানুবর্তিতা: দয়া করে নিশ্চিত করুন যে আপনার ওয়ার্ড/বাচ্চারা সময়মতো স্কুলে পৌঁছেছে। দেরিতে আসা ক্লাসে ব্যাঘাত ঘটাতে পারে এবং তাদের শেখার অভিজ্ঞতাকেও প্রভাবিত করতে পারে।

2. হেলমেট ব্যবহার: আপনারা যারা আপনার ওয়ার্ড/বাচ্চাদের মোটরসাইকেল বা স্কুটারে স্কুলে নিয়ে আসেন, উভয় আরোহীর জন্য হেলমেট পরা বাধ্যতামূলক। এটি আপনাদের নিরাপত্তার জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং শিশুদের জন্যও একটি ভালো দৃষ্টান্ত স্থাপন করে৷

3. যানবাহনের গতি: অনুগ্রহ করে সাবধানে গাড়ি চালান এবং স্কুল প্রাঙ্গনে আসার সময় ও ফেরার সময় সঠিক গতি বজায় রাখুন। এটি সমস্ত ছাত্র, পিতামাতা এবং কর্মীদের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে সাহায্য করে৷

4. পার্কিং: আপনার ওয়ার্ড/বাচ্চাদের গাড়ি থেকে  à¦¨à¦¾à¦®à¦¾à¦¨à§‹ বা ওঠানোর সময় অনুগ্রহ করে নির্ধারিত পার্কিং এলাকা ব্যবহার করুন। যথাযথ পার্কিং যানজট এড়াতে সাহায্য করে এবং স্কুলের চারপাশের ট্রাফিকের সুশৃঙ্খলতা নিশ্চিত করে।

তাই, সকলের জন্য নিরাপদ ও সুশৃঙ্খল পরিবেশ বজায় রাখতে এবং যেকোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘটনা এড়াতে আমরা আপনার আন্তরিক সহযোগিতা প্রত্যাশা করছি।

This is to notify to all concerned parents/ guardians of the school that as per the school calendar (diary), the school was supposed to reopen after the summer vacation on 3^rd June, 2024. But later on, due to the heat wave, the school management decided to reduce the school timing by almost two and a half hours. That is why the Management also came to a decision to shorten the summer vacation which is 26^th of May, 2024. As a result, some guardians who had earlier planned to go on tours in accordance to the earlier date of reopening the school i.e. 3^rd of June, 2024 have informed of their difficulty.

Therefore, we have decided that within 27^th May to 3^rd June, 2024, only revisional classes will be conducted and no new chapters will be taught so that the students do not miss out any new chapter.

Dear all concerned parents/ guardians of the school are hereby notified that due to extreme weather conditions, the Management has decided to introduce a special school time schedule from 22^nd April, 2024, Monday. This is also to bring to your kind knowledge that the Government of West Bengal has already declared early summer vacation due to the aforesaid reason.

Since, the academic session of the State Government schools start from the month of January every year whereas our academic session begins from April, they complete a substantial portion of their syllabus by the time we begin our session. Moreover, the concerned Board (CBSE) has not yet given any clear instruction regarding this matter.

Therefore, after prolonged discussion regarding the entire curriculum, we thought that it is very difficult for us to approve of an early summer vacation as we do not know what other difficult circumstances might come up in the near future, especially the forthcoming Lok Sabha election being a matter of concern.

Considering all these matters the school authority has decided to reschedule the school timing to a shorter time span, i.e. from 7:55 a.m  to 10:55 a.m for all classes (PG – XII). All co curricular activities will be postponed during this time period.

In this regard, the parents/ guardians whose wards are availing the transport service are requested to follow the bus timing accordingly and avail yourself at the concerned bus stop.

এতদ্বারা বিদ্যালয়ের সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল অভিভাবিকা/অভিভাবকবৃন্দকে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, বর্তমান চরম আবহাওয়া পরিস্থিতির কারণে বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষ আগামী ২২ শে এপ্রিল, ২০২৪ , সোমবার থেকে একটি বিশেষ বিদ্যালয় সময়সূচী চালু করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। আপনার সদয় জ্ঞাতার্থে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, ইতিমধ্যেই পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার  উপরোক্ত কারণে ও উল্লিখিত দিন থেকে বিশেষ গ্রীষ্মকালীন ছুটি ঘোষণা করেছে।

বলা বাহুল্য যে,  à¦°à¦¾à¦œà§à¦¯ সরকারী বিদ্যালয়গুলির শিক্ষাবর্ষ প্রতি বছর যেখানে জানুয়ারি মাস থেকে শুরু হয় সেখানে আমাদের শিক্ষাবর্ষ এপ্রিল থেকে শুরু হয়। আমরা আমাদের শিক্ষাবর্ষ শুরু করার সময় (তিন মাস পরে) তারা তাদের বাৎসরিক পাঠ্যক্রমের একটি উল্লেখযোগ্য অংশ সম্পূর্ণ করে। তদুপরি জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, সংশ্লিষ্ট বোর্ড (সিবিএসই) এ যাবৎ কোনও স্পষ্ট নির্দেশ দেয়নি।

অতএব, এ বিষয়ে দীর্ঘ আলোচনার পরে, আমরা ভাবলাম যে অতিরিক্ত গ্রীষ্মের  ছুটির অনুমোদন দেওয়া আমাদের পক্ষে খুবই কঠিন সিদ্ধান্ত হবে কারণ আমরা জানি না যে অদূর ভবিষ্যতে আবহাওয়ার আরও অবনতি হওয়া এবং  বিশেষ করে আসন্ন লোকসভা নির্বাচনের জন্য আরও অন্য কোন কঠিন পরিস্থিতির সম্মুখীন হতে হবে কিনা ? সুতরাং এ সমস্ত  উদ্বেগের বিষয় বিবেচনা করে বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষ ইহার সময়সূচীকে কম করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছেন। যাহা সকাল ৭ টা ৫৫ মি.  à¦¥à§‡à¦•à§‡ ১০টা ৫৫ মি. পর্যন্ত সমস্ত ক্লাসের জন্য (PG – XII) প্রযোজ্য।এই বিশেষ সময়সূচী মূল পাঠক্রম ছাড়া বাকি কার্যক্রম(খেলাধূলা ও আনুষঙ্গিক বিষয়) স্থগিত করা হবে।

যে সমস্ত অভিভাবিকা/অভিভাবক পরিবহন পরিষেবা নিচ্ছেন তাদের সন্তানদের  নিয়ে নির্দিষ্ট বাসের সময়সূচী অনুযায়ী ১০ মিনিট পূর্বে বাস স্টপেজে উপস্থিত থাকার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
