We are glad to inform you that like every year this year also we are going to celebrate the Saraswati Puja at our school campus. A village side temple along with the residence of the Bramhin and a folk singer (Baul) stays in his small hut where he enchants with his melody surrounding the temple. All these will be displayed on the day of Saraswati Puja and the next day i.e. 6^th February’22. It is also to be mentioned that the Goddess’ Idol (‘Pratima’) and the theme other than the folk singer (Baul) will also remain open for our students, respective guardians and other visitors up to 7^: 00 p.m. on 8^th February’22.

We expect the presence of all our students and their guardians on the holy occasion days.

N:B:- The COVID-19 protocols as per the Government norms should strictly be followed.

Dear Madam/Sir, 

It is our great privilege that recently our Hon’ble Chief Minister, Government of West Bengal has announced for reopening of the schools (from classes VIII-XII), colleges and universities from 3^rd February 2022.

In this regard, we are happy to inform you that our school is also going to reopen from 3^rd February 22 (Thursday) accordingly, as per our winter schedule (8; 20 a.m. to 1:35 p.m.)

Therefore, the concerned Parents/Guardians are hereby requested to ensure that their respective ward is following the COVID-19 preventive measures as per the direction of Indian council of Medical Research (ICMR), Government of India.

You are also requested to go through the following points:-

• Transportation: The school was totally closed up to 15^th November 2021. When the school reopened after nineteen months on and from 16^th November (for classes IX to XII) we provided transport facilities for the students. As we hire the vehicles for the school transport, we had to make a certain agreement with the owner of those vehicles up to 31^st March’22, but we observed that unfortunately most of the guardians didn’t pay the transport fees for the month of January’22. At this juncture, we want to convey that those who are willing to avail the transport facility should pay the transport charges up to the end of the current session i.e. 31^st March’22. Those guardians who availed the transport facility for his/her ward from 16th November’21, but have not paid the transport charge for the month of January’22 are requested to pay it. For classes IX-XII the transport stoppages remain the same as these were earlier. Please fill up the Google Form as your consent for availing the transport facility for your ward and submit the same.

Please fill up the Google Form as your consent for availing the transport facility for your ward and submit the same.
