Therefore, parents/guardians who wish to pay the school fees through online mode are hereby requested to make the payment only through the School App.

Alternatively, fee payments may also be made in cash at the School Cash Section during the prescribed working hours.

The school shall not be held responsible for any fee payment made through unauthorized modes, including direct bank transfers, from this date onwards.

অতএব, যেসব অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকা অনলাইন পদ্ধতিতে বিদ্যালয়ের ফি প্রদান করতে ইচ্ছুক, তাঁদের শুধুমাত্র বিদ্যালয়ের অফিসিয়াল School App-এর মাধ্যমে ফি জমা দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

বিকল্পভাবে, বিদ্যালয়ের নির্ধারিত কার্যদিবস ও সময়ে School Cash Section-এ নগদ অর্থেও ফি জমা দেওয়া যেতে পারে।

এতদ্বারা জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, আজকের তারিখের পর থেকে সরাসরি ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারসহ কোনো অননুমোদিত মাধ্যমে ফি প্রদান করা হলে তার দায়ভার বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষ গ্রহণ করবে না।

The revised schedule is as follows:

• Previous Last Date: 24-05-2026
• Extended Last Date: 25-05-2026 (Midnight)

Parents/Guardians whose wards wish to obtain scanned copies of their evaluated answer books are requested to complete the online application process through the official CBSE portal within the stipulated time.

This is to inform all concerned that the Class X Second Board Examination 2026 is scheduled to commence from 15^th May 2026. As our school has been selected as the only CBSE Board Examination Centre in Purba Bardhaman District, all regular academic and school activities will remain suspended on 15^th & 16^th May 2026.

Furthermore, the Summer Vacation of the school is scheduled to begin from 18^th May 2026. Therefore, the above-mentioned two days may kindly be treated as the early commencement of the Summer Vacation.

The school will reopen on 8^th June 2026, as mentioned in the school diary.

This is to notify the Parents/Guardians of Class IX that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has recently revised the Skill Education curriculum for the academic session 2026–27. As per the revised curriculum, the subject Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been removed from the list of Skill Subjects for Class IX.

Earlier, students were allowed to choose any one subject from Information Technology (IT) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) as the sixth subject. In case any student wishes to opt for a sixth subject, only Information Technology (IT) may now be selected.

Parents/Guardians are therefore requested to take note of the above changes while finalizing the subject combination for their wards.

However, the school strongly recommends opting for Information Technology (IT) as the sixth subject, considering its importance and future career opportunities for students.

Accordingly, Parents/Guardians are also requested to select Information Technology (IT) as the sixth subject during the registration process for the Class X Board Examination 2028.

Further, all Artificial Intelligence (AI) periods mentioned in the class routine shall henceforth be replaced by Information Technology (IT) classes.

This is for your kind information and necessary action.

Dear all concerned parent/guardians,

This is to notify all of you that the School Management has been compelled to revise the late fees structure which is mentioned hereunder: -

Date of fees deposit                                                              Late fee amount

•          1st to 15th day of each month                                                         = Nil

•          16th day onwards up to the end of this month                             = Rs.30

•          Next month                                                                                         = Rs.30 + Rs.100

•          Third month                                                                                        = Rs.30 + 100 + 100

•          From fourth month onwards                                                          = Rs.230 + 100

It is also to keep in your kind knowledge that as per our observation very few guardians are not paying the fees within stipulated time rather it has become their regular practice. You may be well aware of the fact that our school is running under the category of self-financing Institution. Therefore, the payments received from the guardians are being disbursed to the concerned members of staff and carrying out other regular expenses.

Hence, all of you are hereby requested to deposit the respective fees of your ward(s) within the scheduled time i.e. within 15th day of every consecutive month.

We regret to convey this notice whereas collecting late fees is not desirable.
