Kind attention: - The concerned parents/ guardians of the classes Kindergarten (KG) to IX & XI- Science & Commerce

This is to notify that the school has been selected as a prime examination centre of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE - Class X & XII) during the period i.e. 15th February to 4th April, 2025. Moreover, the school internal examination (Term – II & Session Ending) has to be conducted within this time frame as mentioned in school diary. 
In this regard, for smooth conducting of both the aforesaid examinations the Management has to take some decisions which are mentioned hereunder. Please read carefully: -
1. During this period from 15th February to 4th April, 2025, especially on Board Examination days, entrance within the campus will be strictly restricted.
2. Regular school curriculum for the session 2024 – 25 of the Classes KG – IX & Class – XI will continue till 13th February.
3. Internal examinations will commence from 3rd March instead of 24th February.
4. The progress report card will be distributed on 3rd April, 2025 instead of 24th March, 2025.
5. New session (2025 – 26) will commence from 8th April, 2025. (Timing For Classes I to XII : 8.00 AM - 1.15 PM) (Timing For Class KG : 8.00 AM - 11.45 AM)
6. For the completion of the entire examinations within this period, one examination date has been fixed on 9th March, Sunday. (Except Kindergarten)
7. The dates other than the examination has been declared as study leave.
8. School will follow a special timing on examination days i.e., from 8.20 AM to 12.00 noon.

You may be aware that our “ANNUAL SPORTS MEET-2025” is going to be conducted on two days i.e. on 17^th January’ 2025 (Friday) for classes Play-Group (PG) to class V and on 18^th January’2025 (Saturday) for classes VI to XII.

• All the school Academic activities for both the days will remain suspended for Classes Play-Group to Class-XI.

• Refreshment will be provided to all the students. However, students may also carry home tiffin with them.
