This is for kind attention of the concerned Parents/Guardians of the above-mentioned classes for the new academic year 2024-25.

This year also the Management has organized for procuring of the books, school bag, school copy, Uniform, Tie, Belt, House T-Shirt, Track-Pant, other stationeries for your ward.

• Schedule for the same is as follows:-

Purchasing books from the school is not mandatory. The booklist for the session 2024-2025 will be displayed at the school Front Office on and from 28^th March’24 onwards. Like every year this year also the school will allow 12.5% discount on the MRP. (Procurement of those items is subject to availability).

• Schedule of the School and Day-Boarding :-

The new academic session 2024-2025 will begin from 4^th April, 2024 (Thursday) and the time schedule of the school will remain same as per the previous year i.e. from 8.00 am to 11.45 am (for summer season).

The Day-Boarding session will also begin from 4^th April, 2024 (Thursday) from 8.00 am – 6.00 pm (for summer season).

All Concerned Parents/Guardians OF PLAYGROUP TO CLASS IX & XI

You may be aware that on 22^nd March, 2024, Friday, the Annual Progress Report Card will be distributed to the students (mentioned in the school diary). The arrival timing of the students on the day will remain same i.e., 8.20 AM and dispersal timing will be at 11.30 AM.

It is expected that your ward will attend the school to receive her/his report card as there will be an interactive session with their respective class teacher. However, in any case, if she/he will not be able to attend the school to receive the report card, the parents / guardians (only) may collect the report card of the student from school front office from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM on the same day.

** It has been observed that some guardians have yet not cleared their respective dues against school fees and other for the session 2023-2024. Those guardians are hereby requested to clear these within 18^th March, 2024 (Monday).

** It is also to be noted that very few parents have yet not enrolled their ward for the continuation for the upcoming academic session (2024-2025) which had already been informed earlier. Therefore, those parents who are interested to let their ward continue for the next session are requested to enroll their wards within 20^th March, 2024 (Wednesday).
