This is to inform all concerned students that the Pre-Subroto Cup (U-15) Selection Trial, which was earlier scheduled for 15^th July 2026 (Wednesday), has been rescheduled on 14^th July 2026 (Tuesday) 3.00 pm to 5.30 pm due to the release of the official fixture. However, the Pre-Subroto Cup (U-17) Selection Trial will be held as scheduled on 15^th July 2026 (Wednesday) during the 5th and 6th periods.

As our match has been scheduled on 15^th July 2026 at 12:30 PM, the U-15 Selection Trial will now be conducted today 14^th July 2026 (Tuesday).

All interested students must report with the following:

• Proper football kit (jersey, shorts, socks, football boots/spikes, and shin guards)
• 2 copies of recent passport-size photographs
• 2 photocopies of the Aadhaar Card
• 2 photocopies of the Birth Certificate
• 2 photocopies of last year's Report Card
• A Parent/Guardian Consent Letter, addressed to the Principal, permitting participation in both the Selection Trial and the Subroto Cup Tournament

Note: Students who fail to bring the above-mentioned documents and the proper football kit will not be allowed to participate in the selection trial. Attendance is compulsory for all participants.

All the students of Class IX are hereby informed that, as per CBSE Circular No. Acad-46/2026, the R3 Language Assessment Framework has been introduced for the Academic Session 2026–27.

In accordance with the new framework, every Class IX student must study both Bengali and Hindi as Second Language (L2) and Third Language (L3). Therefore:

• Students having Bengali as their Second Language (L2) must opt for Hindi as their Third Language (L3).
• Students having Hindi as their Second Language (L2) must opt for Bengali as their Third Language (L3).

Students are instructed to cooperate with their respective language teachers and participate actively in all classroom activities, including Listening & Speaking Skills, Creative Writing, Reading, Writing, and Project Work, as these components form part of the school-based assessment.

The LOC submission is applicable for:

A. Regular students who appeared in Board's Examinations 2026 through schools affiliated to the Board and declared as COMPARTMENT are eligible to apply only in one subject in which they are placed in the Compartment.

B. Regular students who appeared in Board's Examinations 2026 through schools affiliated to the Board with 6 subjects and placed in COMPARTMENT in two subjects are eligible to apply in any one of the two subjects in which placed in the Compartment.

C. Regular students who appeared in 6 subjects in Board's Examinations 2026 and declared PASS but could not clear one subject, can appear in the failed subject under the Improvement of the Performance category only in the subjects whose examinations will be conducted.

D. Regular students who appeared in the Board's Examinations 2026 and declared PASS can appear in any one subject under the Improvement of the Performance category only in the subjects whose examinations will be conducted.
