This is to notify that on the occasion of 165^th Rabindra Jayanti on 9^th May 2026 (Saturday) the school has organised a cultural programme. Let us celebrate the occasion together.

In this regard, you are requested to follow the programme schedule and other points which are mentioned hereunder for your kind convenience:

• Inauguration of the programme: 5:00 p.m.
• Cultural programme by the students and teachers: 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Students should arrive school at 3:00 p.m. As the school vehicles will reach to school at 3:00 p.m. so the students who avail school transport, should wait at their designated stop accordingly.
• Expected Students' dispersal will be around at 7:45 p.m. though 10-15 minutes may be delayed for any unforeseen circumstances.
• Light refreshment will be provided to all the participants though they may carry home tiffin with them.

For security purposes, please carry the parents’ card and produce it at school gate for entry.

Your gracious presence will greatly encourage and inspire our students.

Dear Parent/Guardian,

This is to inform you that the Assembly Election 2026 has been scheduled in Purba Bardhaman district on 29^th April 2026 (Wednesday). In this connection, a number of school vehicles will be requisitioned by the District Election Authorities from 27^th April to 30^th April 2026.

Under such circumstances, the school management has decided that the School along with Day-Boarding will continue as per the normal schedule on 27^th, 28^th, and 30^th April 2026, without school transport facilities. The willing parents/guardians should send their ward/wards to School by their own convenience. Please note that only remedial classes will be conducted during this period.

Furthermore, the school and Day-Boarding will remain closed on the poll day i.e. 29^th April 2026 (Wednesday) and on the assembly result declaration day i.e. on 4^th May 2026 (Monday) to avoid any unprecedented incidents.

The last date for depositing the fee at the School Cash Section is 19^th April 2026 (Sunday) by 12 noon.

The report card of the absentee students will be distributed to the concerned parents/guardians on 25^th March, 2026 from 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM from School Premises.

Parents/guardians are also requested to clear all the due fees/charges (if any) of their ward/wards up to 31^st March 2026 on or before 15th March 2026.

All concerned parents/guardians of those students who are taking the school transport service are hereby informed that, the transport charges for the session 2026-27 will be enhanced by 10% on the existing fare.

In order to ensure smoother operations and timely transportation of students to and from school, it has been decided that school buses will halt only once within a minimum distance of 250 meters. After careful consideration, the school has decided to reduce the number of bus stops, keeping in mind the students who travel from the farthest locations. This step has been taken to ensure their convenience, so that they can leave home a little later in the morning and reach home a little earlier in the afternoon.

Moreover, this is also to be noted that once the transport service is opted for 2026-27, it can't be withdrawn mid-session. Full transport charges will apply if withdrawn.

In this Regard, your kind cooperation and little bit sacrifice will highly be appreciated.

The programme aims at the overall and holistic development of students through various structured activities and enrichment sessions according to CBSE curriculum.

During this period, the school will follow special timings from 8:20 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

The schedule of classes is given below:

• Classes from KG to V will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• Classes from VI to IX and XI will be held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
