IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CONCERNED GUARDIANS OF PLAY GROUP TO CLASS IX & CLASS XII (EXCEPT CLASS )XI

Madam/Sir,

 

We would like to draw your kind attention that the Management has decided some important matters for the upcoming session 2020 – ’21. The points are as follows:-

1. Instant communication:- Due to unavoidable circumstances for “CVOID – 19”, it is very difficult to communicate with the concerned parents of the students, therefore you are requested to frequently follow the school website (www.burdwanmodelschool.ac.in) and the SMS. In case you face any difficulties, you may contact with the school front office within the working hour (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) except Sunday.
2. Enrolment of students:- As per our earlier notice, kindly pay the amount of Rs.2,000/- as a part payment of the Annual Charges to enable us to enroll the name of your ward for continuation of the next session. Kindly ignore those who have already paid.
3. Fees enhancement:- The School Managing Committee has decided to enhance 6% on its existing fees structure like annual charges, tuition, maintenance, tiffin and other optional existing services except transport charges.
4. Enhancement of Transport charges:- As you all know that the commodity, related to the transport vehicle has been drastically increased comparison with the last year (19 – 20). Due to the notification both by the Government and the Board (CBSE) many important safety measures had to be imposed for the students. In this regard, the Managing Committee has decided to hike 10% on the existing transport charges.
5. Books distribution:- The books and exercise books will be distributed from our school campus as per  the following schedule:-

31-03-2020(Tuesday)	Class II to V	Playgroup to Class I

 

1. Purchase of books from the school is not mandatory.
2. The ‘Booklist’ for the new session will be displayed at the School Front Office on 27-03-2020 (Friday).
3. Like previous years, the Management has approved discount on books and exercise books which are as follows:-

1. Private Books - 12.5% on the M.R.P.
2. NCERT books - an additional amount of 15% on the M.R.P. will be charged towards to the logistic expense.
3. Exercise books- 10% on the M.R.P.

4. Parents/Guardians may procure their ward’s Tie, Belt, House T-Shirt, Track Pant, uniform of Scout & Guide and other stationery items subject to availability.

6. Enrolment for optional/ value added services:- The interested parents / guardians are requested to collect / download and to be filled up the prescribed form for availing the following facilities/ services:-

School Tiffin, School Transport, Day Boarding, Boarding, Partial Tuition and other facilities.
