In this regard, the enhancement towards regular school tuition fees and maintenance fees will not be effected for the academic year 2020 – 21.

This is also to be noted that the Hon’ble Minister in charge – Department of Education, Govt. of West Bengal has also expressed his desire for the same which has been published in The Times of India on 10.04.2020.

EMERGENCY NOTICE

Respected Madam / Sir,

We trust that you, your kid/ kids and your other family members are all safe. We are also sure that you are strictly adhering to the safety guidelines given by the Health Department of the Govt. in respect of COVID – 19.

As you all are aware due to the Countrywide lock-down announced by the Govt. till 14^th April, 2020, for the safety of our students and public in general, our Institution shall also remain closed till then. This is however, subject to any further announcement by the Govt. in this regard. Under the circumstances, we regret, we are able to connect/ communicate with you only through our website/ mail. We regret for the inconvenience caused.

As per our earlier notice vide no. BMS/Gen-60/2019-2020 dated 21^st March, 2020 circulated for distribution of books, displaying of book list, depositing of part payment against annual fees, date of opening of the new session (6^th April, 2020) etc. Now that the Lockdown is clamped till 14^th April, 2020, we are unable to announce any definite date at this juncture.

However, in close co-ordination with the Board (CBSE), we are planning to implement student-friendly new ideas so that the syllabus could be covered timely.

The whole nation is passing through typical crisis and we are quite hopeful, we shall together overcome this situation. However, by the time we resume normal operation, we may have lost a month or two of the next session. In the circumstances, we feel we should be prepared in all respects to start the new session 2020- 21 so that we take off soon as we reach normalcy.

As such, we request you to pay the annual fees and regular fees for the session 2020 – 21 and the dues amount for the last session (2019 -20) if any, through online payment to our Bank Account. The details of new fees structure for the session 2020 – 21 along with the Bank account details are given below:-

You are hereby intimated that within the present lockdown period your ward can use the DIKSHA portal to begin his/her study. In the DIKSHA portal, all the study materials and practice sets are available as per the CBSE curriculum which has been intimated by the Board.

Considering the present scenario towards the restriction of mass gathering notified by the Government and the concerned Board, we are hereby informing you that the Annual Report Card which was supposed to be collected on 22^nd and 23^rd March, 2020 from the school by the guardian only has been cancelled.

Now at this juncture, we have decided to handover the report card along with an important notice gradually by our members of staff within next few days to your residence. It is also to be noted that this process can be followed if there is no further announcement of strict restriction over the movement imposed by the government like lockdown, curfew.

Report Card 2019-‘20 of class Play Group to class V will be distributed to the parents (anyone) on 22/03/2020 from 08.30 to 01.30 pm. If anyone failed to collect the same for any unavoidable circumstances’ on 22/03/2020 he/she may collect the Report Card on 24/03/20 from 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm.

Report Card 2019-‘20 of class VI to class IX & XI will be distributed to the parents (anyone)on 23/03/2020 from 08.30 to 01.30 pm. If anyone failed to collect the same for any unavoidable circumstances’ on 23/03/2020 he/she may collect the Report Card on 24/03/20 from 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm.

* Only Parents will be allowed to collect the Report Card-2019-'20. Strictly restriction for the students, according to Govt. Notifications.
