Dear Madam/ Sir,

We regret to inform you that due to the recent agitation and unexpected situation for the CAA and NRC, we are compelled to change the venue of our students’ excursion which was at Bishnupur, Bankura on 21^st December 2019. Now we have decided to take our children in Burdwan Town Local Tour i.e. at Burdwan Zoological Park, Meghnad Saha Planetarium and Agricultural Farm at a cost of Rs.300/- per student.

In this regard, if you are willing to send your ward in the newly selected destination, kindly fill-up the form (perforated below) and submit the above-mentioned amount at the school front office cash section within 2 o’clock in the afternoon tomorrow (i.e. 20^th December 2019).

Those who have already given their consent and deposited the required amount (Rs.500/-) are requested to collect the rest of the amount i.e. Rs.200/- or else if, in case of their unwillingness to send their ward in Burdwan Local Tour, they may take back the deposited amount (Rs.500/-) by producing the receipt from Front Office Cash Section.

The Programme schedules are as follows: -

1. On 23^rd Nov,2019(Saturday), the participants of Playgroup to Class V must arrive at the school at 11.00 a.m. (Transport will be provided to Participants and Non-Participants, who would avail it)
2. Tiffin will be provided to every Participant, Volunteers and Non-Participant who will come at 11.00 a.m. Students also may bring additional tiffin from their home.
3. Students who are not participating can come in informal dress

Students’ Schedule for 23^rd Nov 2019(Saturday)

Class Playgroup to Class KG:               11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Class I, and II:                                     11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Class III, IV and Class V:                      11.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.

** Respective guardians are requested to bring their Parents’ Card to collect their wards    

      only after the completion of the programme of the concerned students.

4. All the buses will depart from the school only after the completion of the entire programme I.e., about 9.30 p.m.

Guardians are requested to enjoy the rest of the programme with their wards until completion of the programme, to encourage the other students.

5.  School & Day-Boarding will remain close on 25^th Nov,2019(Monday).
6. School will not be responsible for any Non-Participant, who will enter the school premises after 11.30 a.m.

          You are requested to concern the following points:
